What items do you accept for return?
You can return unopened and unused items for a refund. However, we don't accept returns for opened or used items. Make sure to return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you have questions about a return, reach out to us before sending back any products. Used products won't be refunded or resent.
Defective or incorrect items?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service with pictures within 90 days of delivery. Once verified, we'll send a replacement at no cost, and you don't need to return the item. After 90 days, we won't replace or refund defective or incorrect items.
Unopened items?
To request a return, please enter your order number and the email address or phone number used for the order. If your order is eligible, we will provide the return mailing address and allow you to submit a return request.
Please note that receiving return instructions does not constitute approval. Do not ship your return until you receive written confirmation from Intimaly.
